AED 600–900 per close for your first 20 deals (20% of net revenue), then 12%–18% tiers. No cap.
About the role
Close warm, pre-qualified UAE company-formation buyers.
You do not cold-call. Our AI consultant (Maryam) qualifies every inbound lead — name, activity, visa count, buying intent — and hands you the conversation at the exact moment a human closer adds value. You work the company WhatsApp inbox with playbooks, AI-drafted messages, and instant pricing data behind every quote.
First 20 deals: 20% of Sijil's net revenue per close (typically AED 600–900 per close — illustrative, not a guarantee; commission releases when the free zone pays us). After that: 12% base with monthly accelerators to 15% and 18%. No cap, no ceiling.
Commission releases when the free-zone commission clears — this can take several weeks. We say this upfront because we only want closers who do the math.
What we look for
- • 1+ year closing B2C/B2B sales (any industry; services preferred)
- • Fluent Arabic or English; both is a plus
- • Comfortable with WhatsApp-first selling and CRM hygiene
- • UAE based (Dubai/remote within UAE)
