• Free Zone Comparison Tool: Side-by-side comparison of setup and renewal costs
• Cost Calculator: Estimate total costs based on business activity and selected zone
• Lead Routing: Connecting you with licensed Corporate Service Providers (CSPs)
• Business Activity Guide: Comprehensive database of available business activities

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all prices and fees displayed on the platform:

• All displayed prices are estimates based on the latest available data
• Actual prices may vary based on specific circumstances and additional requirements
• You must verify final pricing directly with the relevant free zone
• The platform does not guarantee that displayed prices reflect current offerings at all times
• The platform is not liable for any discrepancies between displayed and actual prices

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• Sijil is a digital business setup platform that provides informational tools and direct company formation for select partner zones
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the displayed information
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the platform
• We are not liable for acts or omissions of partner Corporate Service Providers
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us (if any)

All content on the Sijil platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and platform design, is intellectual property protected under UAE and international copyright laws.

• Copying, distributing, or modifying any content without prior written permission is prohibited
• The name "Sijil" and platform logo are protected trademarks
• Aggregated pricing data is the intellectual property of Sijil

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with UAE federal laws. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
