Dubai Municipality publishes no standalone renewal checklist. What it publishes is the registration dossier, and the renewal review works against that same dossier with documents that are current at submission. For consumer products the import guideline lists the Free Sale Certificate authenticated in the country of origin, the product artwork, the composition and ingredients concentrations report from the manufacturer, GMP for health supplements, and other documents where deemed necessary The
health supplements registration guide keeps that set current. (organic certificate, halal certificate, safety assessment for nano products, chemical and physical analysis report, clinical studies, animal or non-animal source certificates, laboratory test report, product safety assessment, stability data and PAO justification, scientific claim support). The cosmetics guideline adds two currency rules that decide whether a renewal file survives review: the Free Sale Certificate must be valid at the time of submission and request, and the GMP certificate (ISO 22716, requested for local manufacturers) must also be valid at submission. In practice the renewal document set is the registration document set refreshed: a new FSC covering the product as currently sold, the artwork as currently printed, the composition report as currently formulated, and tests no older than the registrar will accept.
our Montaji requirements guide lists the dossier document by document, including the GMP track for health supplements.
